Ditambah lagi dengan pemasangan edible picture. Pokoknya semangat dech terima orderannya abis kopdar coklat kita kali ini.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bertempat di rumahnya Mbak Niniek di Bambu Apus, Ciputat, NCC Pamulang kembali berkumpul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Janjiannya sich di Superindo Pamulang karena masih banyak yang belum berani cari-cari lokasi rumahnya Mbak Ninik.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Materi pertama yang kita praktekan bareng adalah puding busa. style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;250 gram tape, haluskan, tambahkan 5sdm susu kental manis putih&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;150 gram terigu, ayak&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;150 gram mentega, cairkan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;Cara membuat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"&gt;Kocok telur dan gula sampai mengembang, masukkan emulsifier, kocok sampai mengembang dan putih. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;span sampai mendidih )&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Butter 100 gram&lt;br /&gt;Air 110 gram&lt;br /&gt;Garam 1 sdt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan B :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tepung terigu 120 gram&lt;br /&gt;Telur ayam 3 butir&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara membuatnya :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Masukan tepung terigu ke bahan A semuanya lalu aduk sampai kalis matikan apinya.&lt;br /&gt;- Kemudian masukan telur satu persatu setalah adonan agak dingin sambil dikocok hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;- Semprotkan keloyang yang telah diolesi dengan bahan oles.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan Topping&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Butter 50 gram&lt;br /&gt;Gula halus 50 gram&lt;br /&gt;Air 1 sdm&lt;br /&gt;Tepung terigu 50 gram&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara membuatnya :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Semua bahan campur jadi satu lalu dikocok sampai lembut.&lt;br /&gt;Masukan kekantong plastik segitiga lalu gunting bagian bawahnya kecil saja lalu semprotkan diatas adonan soes kira - kita 3/4 bagian, (seperti membuat roti boy).&lt;br /&gt;Panggang dengan api 180 derajat selama 35 menit atau sampai matang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Bahan isi :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;250 gram coklat blok&lt;br /&gt;100 gram susu cair&lt;br /&gt;200 gram whipp ( kocok sampai mengental )&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cara membuatnya :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Masak coklat dengan susu cair sampai mencair, lalu dinginkan. Ternyata bikin kukis juga perlu trik-trik khusus (kadang juga diselipkan dengan trik-trik sesat..ha..ha..) misalnya contoh trik yang ok dari mbak Widya adalah ngocok menteganya ga boleh terlalu lama. Trus kalo ada campuran butter dan mentega kalo terlalu banyak bisa menyebabkan kukis jadi terlalu renyah dan gampang patah. Kali ini Mbak Atiek yang kebagian tugas menggulung bolu. Secara hari ini Mbak Atiek bawa Bolu Gulung Blueberry untuk potlucknya.
